Tanzania – Tarangire / Manyara / Serengeti / Ngorongoro

Pick you up from your hotel in (or around) Arusha and drive to Tarangire entering the park with a game drive. Lunch at the picnic site followed by an afternoon game drive. Tarangire National Park is located 115 km south of Arusha and is a long and narrow park that covers 2850 km2 and runs along the Tarangire River. The park is famous for its large number of elephants, baobab trees, and tree-climbing African pythons. During the dry months, the concentration of animals around the Tarangire River is almost is diverse. Depart the park in the late afternoon for the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire.

Breakfast at the lodge. Depart and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Arrive for lunch at the lodge. Proceed on an afternoon game drive in the park returning to the lodge at sundown. Dinner and overnight will be at Lake Manyara.

After breakfast, drive to the famous Serengeti National Park. Arrive for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight will be at Serengeti. Approx 200kms, approx 3hrs.

Breakfast at the lodge. The morning is spent exploring the Serengeti with a picnic lunch. Proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation area – *the conservation area covers approximately, 8,288 sq. km, is 16 to 19 Km across the floor, and surrounds three lakes, Natron, Eyasi and Manyara. Arrival is in the early evening hours. Dinner and overnight will be at Ngorongoro.

This day starts very early morning. Descend the Crater floor for an incredible game drive of the Conservation area with picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo Lake. After lunch another short game drive before you exit the conservation area for Arusha. Arrival is expected to be in the early evening hours (can be adjusted if necessary, for flights.
